I offer a wide variety of Holistic Home Assistance!!!
I specialize in assisting fragrance free, chemically sensitive and emf sensitive/cautious individuals, as well as families and working professionals who are actively living a non toxic lifestyle.
Some services may be available remotely. Please inquire if interested!
Cooking, Food Prep and Herbal Preparations!
*Healthy, nutritious, gluten free, sugar/sweetener free, organic meals!
*Food prep (for those who need a little help in the kitchen, but prefer to do the cooking!)
*Herbal remedy making: Dried tea blend prep, tinctures/elixirs, skin salves, kid friendly herbal snacks, etc
*Support for health protocols: Herbal tea preparations, special diets, medicinal foods, etc.
Help with the Day to Day
*Food shopping, running errands
*Light house cleaning (ie: laundry and kitchen clean up, recycling, composting and taking out trash)
*Watering plants, light gardening, basic pet care
*Light childcare (ie: watching the kids while you are home but need assistance, pick up from school)
*Rides to medical or other appointments, pick up/drop off at the airport, etc. I have a van with one seat in the front, but can also use your vehicle. I have needed to used peppermint oil in my van to keep out destructive creatures, but that is currently very faint.
Personal Assistant Services
Light office work ie:
*Making appts and returning calls and emails
*Opening and sorting mail and packages
*Help with social media (basic support, managing/creating groups, pages, events.)
*Basic website building/maintenance
*Online research, online shopping
*Assistance with converting office and home from wireless to wired (if concerned about or sensitive to EMF)
Spiritual Services
*Reiki: I can offer Reiki-Seichim energy healing if needed in house or outside.
*Intuitive Astrology: I read natal charts! Also, if you are interested, you may find me offering insights on the “astrological weather”!
